With a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, Mr. Floyd has worked diligently in his field of study, including over 40 years with IBM. His expertise is in operational Management and planning as well as financial planning, cost control, and human resources. He has served as Interim President of Christ Central Institute and periodically teaches classes related to growth and development. Mr. Roger has been married to his lovely wife, Judy for 57years, has  grown children, and 6 wonderful grandchildren of whom he is exceptionally proud.
